Taffy is my Teddy Bear Guinea Pig, and he's getting to be an old man. I guess I never realized how special Taffy was until the past few years. The little fur ball I brought home with me seven years ago has turned into one of the best friends I have.
Taffy is one of the sweetest guinea pigs you'll meet, even the vet thinks so! He never bites and just loves being scratched behind the ears. Every night he 'wheeks' for his treat, a huge salad consisting of just about any fruit or vegetable that he likes.
In the summer time Taffy loves to go outside and eat fresh grass. He'll go outside in his playpen and fall asleep in the sun. He also loves to be cuddled and fed lots of juicy carrots.
Many people don't seem to understand why I love my pets so much. They are so special to me! I fell in love with Taffy seven years ago. Who wouldn't?
