Sammy is a very special guy! Being my first bird, I was very nervous about taking him home. I had visited him since he hatched (late March). But Sammy helped me the entire way through. Right away I could tell we would become great friends, and here we are!
His personality is very outspoken, and when he wants something, he gets it!!! When he's not in the mood to be touched, he lets you know! And when he is, he also lets you know! Despite his moods, he's always nice to strange visitors and especially kids! As far as his diet goes, he always has access to nutritious pellets and plenty, plenty of fruits and veggies. His favorite food overall is apples! Sammy knows how to high five and wave as well as being potty trained in the trash bin!
