Happy is a young male budgerigar - also knows as a budgie or a parakeet. We took a two-hour drive to get him. During the trip, they played the song, "Don't worry, be happy." And when I saw him, I named him "Happy" because his beak's shape made me think of a smile.
He doesn't like to be locked up, and when he is in his cage he makes a sad face. This is why I leave him free every day.
He likes to get on my head or my shoulders and to try to snack on my earrings. He loooves vegetables so very much, and he likes to run after my cat. He is a courageous boy with other animals and strangers, except with children. But that is okay, there are no children that live here.
At night, he wants kisses and cuddles on his head. He is my ray of sunshine and I hope that Happy is happy with me.
