Loki was at the pet store when I was getting some food for my other two guinea pigs. He was just sitting in the pen where they put small animals up for adoption, and I always go look at all the animals and see what is there. I took a picture of him and sent it to my hubby. While still getting supplies, I got a text saying 'You can get him if you want to" and I was like, "Wow!"
I immediately went and grabbed some money from the bank after getting the food and stuff, and adopted him that same day. Loki is a real sweetheart, too, he is not just a handsome boy. We bonded him with my boys and he has been that way ever since. We all love him!
Loki is very, very quiet, only wheeks when he's excited for something. He likes to chatter his teeth, especially when he's sleeping. He loves Kale, Grass, Dandelion Leaves, Tomato and all time favorite Carrots. At first when I brought him home, the others all wanted to know "Who is this stranger?" So I bonded them by placing them in the bath tub with veggies and within about an hour of being in there, I took them out and just kept repeating the process. By about five days later they were like as if they knew each other forever.
