Poppy was once a lonely goldfish who spent most of his life as a prize to be won at one of those "impossible" carnival games. One day in 2014, my two sisters and I went to the carnival. My sister Maddie played the game to win Poppy, and surprisingly, she won. This shows it must have been fate for Poppy to come into our family. We do not know how old he is, but at least three years old.
Poppy seemed really happy to finally have a home of people who loved him as soon as he goit here. He can respond to his name by swimming to the side of his tank, and he can tell when it's feeding time for him. I'm glad to have Poppy as an addition to our family!
