Introducing Thomas Gordon or Gordon for short (I also call him Gordy). He's partially named after my grandpa, my grandpa's name is Tom. When I first got Gordy (he came in the mail) my grandpa told me I should name the gecko after him. So I did! Gordon is a special kind of Leopard Gecko. First off he is a giant, he is three inches longer than a regular Leopard Gecko. Another thing that makes him special is his coloring. He is called an Albino Lavender Jungle morph.
Gordon is a sweetheart. When I first got him in the mail and I opened up the container he was in (which was actually upside down) he never tried to bite. He was probably too traumatized from being upside down now that I think of it! Gordy likes to hang out on my hand when I sit on the couch. He also likes to walk around on the couch, sometimes running into my dog Ravin. But don't worry, they get along.
Leopard Geckos were never a lizard that I was very interested in. I thought they were plain and boring. But then I found out they came in different morphs and was intrigued. I am really glad I gave Leopard Geckos a chance. And I'm really glad I have Thomas Gordon!
