Introducing Han Solo! He's crazy and a little rebel (just like his name
implies)!
Han Solo isn't my first bunny. I had rabbits when I was a child and I
took care for them for one or two years but then I had other interests I
put first (I was young, now I know how mean it was). So my parents took
more care of my bunnies than I did. And last year my favorite bunny from
my childhood became very ill and i felt responsible for that. So I cared
for them a lot but it didn't help, they were very old for bunnies, too,
and did pass away.
After that I got my interest in bunnies back, and since I was old enough
to know that a pet isn't just fun but also work, I decided to get new
bunnies. We saw Han Solo in a pet shop and fell in love with him. My
brother had the idea for the name and I thought it was quite fun. After
him we got Leia, because I think bunnies like to have company. No human
can replace a bunny friend.
Han is very curious and tame, but he isn't the type bunny that wants to
cuddle. I think he is also a bit rebellious, just like his namesake
character implies. And he is temperamental, too! I tried to teach him a
few tricks but just with hand signs.
I would describe him as more independent, but he's happy when he sees me
coming (maybe because he always gets food when I am there)! I think he
likes carrots and dandelions most. I always give them natural treats
because I don't think the things from pet shops are healthy. And I want
him to live a long time!
