Whiskers
is slightly disabled, but manages to go about as if nothing is
wrong. Her spine is curved more than that of other guinea pigs, but it does
not seem to bother her at all!. When I first heard that she was disabled we
feared the worst, we thought she might not make it as long as she has. I am
glad I was wrong!
Whiskers was the last one of her litter to be adopted, we originally planned
on getting just one, but it was love at first sight, so we got her, too.
Since then she has been an attention loving pig who cares for us, and her
little cousins. She brings love and light to the family, and her sister
Flicker. We have even brought her to school, and she did very well there,
too! She is now three years old, and going strong!
