Frankie
I think is the first mouse I ever had that will come when I call his
name. Frankie's short video is here.
He is a special boy and not very shy. In fact I often have to physically push
him away gently if I'm cleaning his cage and he wants to know what I'm doing.
He is a very smart boy. His coloration is called short haired tuxedo. He
jumps to attention when I enter the room, and begs for treats. He likes bird
seed, peanut butter and teddy graham cookies in particular. He will eat
pumpkin seeds, but he prefers to eat the cookies which are actually not bad
for him. They have like 2% fat and 4% sodium so they are mommy approved. The
cookies have mostly grain and other healthy stuff.
Frankie often nibbles my finger if I put it too close to the bars when he's
climbing and chewing but never bites hard. Even when he takes treats he is
super careful and gentle. He is also very active and hyper with lots of
energy to spare. Never a dull moment with my little Frankie man. He is hard
to photograph because he is so fast! I am so glad I got these! He is a
special mouse indeed!
