Kona
is a four-year-old Welsh Mountain Pony mare. She is a really dark brown,
she almost looks black. Kona is the second Welsh pony in my gang. She is
very affectionate and sweet. She loves to play with sticks, whips/crops and
balls (soccer balls, baseballs, etc.) I have taught Kona how to paw, bow and
I am working on teaching her to lie down.
Kona is like a dog she follows me around when I am outside and she loves
doing things with me. Her favorite things to eat are mints, watermelon and
bread (she is a little strange, I know). She loves to go on trail rides, do
show jumping, cross country, barrel racing and just going for a run across
the field. She is very fast and hyper. I ride her as often as I can. She
loves to gallop and canter, she is a little speedy girl. I love Kona so much
she is a huge part of my life (along with the other eight horses).
