In
this picture you can see my budgie. His name is Kruemel. Kruemel is a
German word and it means crumb. Kruemel is three years old and very cute.
He lives in a cage with his girlfriend. We call her Juno. Kruemel had two
other friends, their names were Cali and Keks. Kruemel likes seed, it is his
favorite thing to eat. His hobbys are flying with Juno and, of course,
eating! Kruemel's feathers are black, yellow, blue and green. Juno's feathers
are white, blue, yellow and black. In the summer time, when the weather is
fine, we put the cage in our garden. Kruemel and Juno then speak with other
wild birds or with our rabbit Sesam.
In the first picture he was very young. In the third picture you can see our
late lamented budgie Keks, as he cuddles with Kruemel. Keks is a German word,
too, and it means cookie. They were good friends, and we both miss Keks. In
the last picture Kruemel can be seen after bathing. He is a very clean bird
and loves his baths!!!
