Hi, my name is ChiChi and I am a standard grey chinchilla. I am almost 10 months old. I am a male. My owner got me when I was 5 months old. I like to jump, run, and hide from my other friendly chinchilla, Ebony. Ebony is a black velvet chinchilla. She is a female. She is turned 4 years old in August. She likes to run, eat, and hide from me, too!
The thing that makes ChiChi special is that he is our second chinchilla. He is still the youngest animal we have ever had. ChiChi is hyper, fun, and still be trained to like people. Ebony was our first chinchilla, and wasn't kept in good health, so we rescued her. She previously lived in her dustbath instead of an igloo or house. We gave her an igloo and ChiChi as a companion to help her adjust. They are the most happiest chinchillas on the planet! ChiChi is special to all of us, especially Ebony!
