My pet Molly is a budgie - that is a technically a budgerigar, also called a parakeet, but their nickname is budgie. She is two months old. Molly is sweet and lives in a large cage in the garden. She has other budgies with her, and they all get along well. She eats bird food, salad and some plants. She is a good flyer and sometimes sings and makes happy sounds. I have to clean the cage every month, otherwise it gets very dirty, and she could get sick. But that will not happen, I love Molly!
