This
is Bris - which mean Breeze in Norwegian. Bris looks a lot like her
mother Kela, especially her fur and her head, though her mane and tail is a
lot like her father, whose name is Bjørkefrost. Bris is not yet fully grown,
so it's going to be exciting to see how she turns out to be as a full grown horse! :)
I got her last fall and the first time I saw her I just knew she was the
horse that I wanted and I've never regretted that for a second! Bris has a
great personality and is a coolheaded young horse very lovable and loves to cuddle.
Bris is one of the three national Norwegian horse breeds called
northern/lyngenhorse (Nordlandshest/Lyngshest in Norwegian language) there's
about 3000 left of them and most of them are in Norway, with some in Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
The breed itself is a calm, easily trained horse that can compete in various
types of competition. It's also a great carriage horse. I just taught Bris to
be driven and she loves to work! She's a fun horse to work with and to me
she's the most special horse In the whole world. <3
