Noel
Antilles was taken into the rescue on Christmas Eve 2014 in Liverpool
in the UK. They called him Noel. He was bedraggled, very thin with greasy
fur and showed signs of having been bullied. The rescue did not believe
the story from the person who dropped him off-they said he was an
abandoned house rabbit they had found ...
Anyway, Noel melted our hearts at the rescue. The rescue tried to bond him
with another rabbit there, but it didn't work at all. We went back to see
which other rabbits were there and I said, "Can we bond him with another
two buns?" My husband just rolled his eyes to heaven. So it worked out
well, because in the end, Noel got two bunwives - Coco and Maisie - and I
got another three rabbits!
All three came home to us and joined the Antilles bunfamily in February
and Noel's life has improved no end. He is now so fluffy and happy, always
coming up to say hi and of course, looking for food and treats. He loves a
cuddle and a stroke and is really very friendly. We love him (and his
bunwives) so much!
