Bundii
was my husband's and my first together pet. She is the center of our
lives. She is funny, inquisitive, smart and loud. She can certainly raise the
roof if she is in a mood. Generally speaking though she a happy and content
parrot that loves nothing better than to destroy the junk mail. This would
have to be her favourite activity. Nothing in the junk mail is safe until it
has been demolished into a million little pieces.
She loves going on car rides and to visit her grandma. I think this only
because she is so spoilt by her grandma. She loves to bathe and has only
recently started to enjoy having them in the shower. Usually her preference
is in her drinking bowl.
Although she does not,talk, we have been trying but nothing yet. She has a
huge array of other noises that she uses. She honks, clucks and laughs. She
usually can use the laugh at the most appropriate time ... or the not so
appropriate times depending how you look at it.
She loves most foods but blueberries, carrot, apple and pomegranates are her
favourites. There is nothing quite like a blueberry massacre. It usually ends
up all over her, the floor and the walls. And she loves that mummy then has
to clean up. This is usually where the laughing comes out.
