I
bought Poppy together with her sister Saffie. They were dumbo-rats. Poppy
was the most affectionate of the two girls. I loved her color, that's why I
bought her when she was about six weeks old. When I took photos of her, she
mostly understood what to do. She was so smart. I always used vanilla pudding
to get her attention to a specific spot. She had a very friendly character,
and loved to sit on the couch with me in the evenings when I was at home.
She was very sweet. She suddenly died of a brain-bleed. She only lived to be
one year and four months old, but she was a very sweet rat, and I will always remember her.
