The
first time I saw Buddy was when I was fourteen and at my local PetSmart
picking up some frozen thawed mice for my corn snake that I already have,
and decided to peek at the snakes there. The first thing I noticed was a
thin ball python curled up in a corner of a small cage with stuck shed all
around him and some scales missing along his back. Lucky for me, I managed
to convince my dad to let me get him (they were having a sale on ball
pythons, too!). Now he is almost three years old!
I was never really a fan of ball pythons, as I've always been much more
interested in corn snakes and anything like that. However owning Buddy has
been a great new experience for me, and made me love Ball Pythons so much
more than I've ever had! He is super friendly, and I would even say
friendlier than my dog and cat! He loves to slither around and explore
areas, and even likes to go out in my backyard and roam around in the
grass (with supervision of course!). Probably his favorite thing to do is
find a nice warm lap to curl up on and slide inside shirts! Not to mention
Buddy is pretty handsome, too!
