Jack
is one of my rats, and like all of them, he was rescued from a "feeder
rat" bin at a pet store. I love rats, and they deserve to be loved just like
any other pet like a hamster or anything! He is a sweet little boy, and fit
right in with the others in the family with no problem, which was great.
Jack is very curious and intelligent - I find those two qualities go hand in
hand! The smarter they are, the more likely to get into trouble, too! He
loves cookies, mac n' cheese, and pizza - I guess he's a typical teenage boy
in that way! He is rather grabby when taking food. Of my rats, he is the most
responsive to your voice, he jumps on the bed when you call his name. Jack
loves his cheeks scratched, you can tell because he will push his face
against your fingers as if to say "ooh, more!" And not only is he playful,
his favorite game is tag; he actually wants you to chase after him and will
come find you if you aren't playing. I love him a lot!
