Kimmy
is two and a half years old and he is a pet guinea pig. He is the baby
of two of my other guinea pigs who has passed away, his father was my first
guinea pig. He got a lot of personality from both of his parents. He loves
children and people in general, he is my niece's favorite and she always
wants to hold him when she is over for a visit. He had two cage friends
through his life, bu first his brother who then passed away (R.I.P) of
unknown causes, and then his father for two weeks, but he had to be put down
(R.I.P) and then Kimmy was alone for a bit, next to the girl cage.
About two months later I found on a Norwegian site that two guinea pig males
wanted a new home, and it was close by, so I sent an e-mail telling the
owners I could take them in to my home. Kimmy then got two new cage mates.
Today they're best friends! Kimmy is an attention seeker, and he just loves
when he gets attention either from people or other guinea pigs. He made the
two other guinea pigs feel safer around me and more cuddly. He brings joy no
matter how bad day you had or a good day and makes you smile no matter what,
just by looking at you. He is a huge poser too, every single time I'm going
to take pictures he does something different and new, because he loves
getting that kind of attention and it's quite fun!
