This
is my boy, Talon, isn't he handsome? His official designation is Rolling
Meadows Talon. Talon is now a Bronze wether (that means Castrated) black
agouti pygmy goat. He is a sweet goat who loves animal crackers. They are his
favorite treat, do not show up with them unless you are ready to share!
Talon does not mind all the poking and prodding judges do, and in fact he
thrives on the attention! Judges know it, too - he now has finished the 2014
show season with five best and five Reserve Best wether wins in the NPGA (National
Pygmy Goat Association) show ring. He loves to be in the ring, he loves his
food, enjoys being leaded around the ring, he basically sets himself up and
he got his first rosette in August.
He is so well behaved and is very flashy. He will be going to the 2015 NPGA
convention in Red Bluff, California in June, and we know he will have a grand
time no matter what!
