Chip
is a three-year-old male English Budgie that does not realize he is a
bird! He lives with my boyfriend and I in upstate New York and is roommates
with our female cockatiel. I found Chip's breeder in my search for our first
bird and got to watch him grow all the way from starting out as an egg!
He loves attention and loves to talk! He befriends many inanimate objects in
our home, such as chair legs and tissue boxes, and will always stop to have a
chat. I guess he doesn't notice - or care - that they never talk back to him!
He loves to bathe under the kitchen faucet and his favorite snack is corn
kernels. His favorite toys are his shiny disco ball and anything with a bell.
He is such a charmer and always entertains us!
