What
makes Goober special is that he is different than all the other quail.
He is as tame as can be. He's like a puppy to his owner. He's my favorite out
of all 103 quail we have. He's really tame and calm as you can tell he'll lay
on my lap, he'll sit on my shoulder, lay next to me when I'm in the quail
pen, follow me around the farm (which I rarely let him out of the pen due to
my German Shepherd puppy and my cousin's pit bull) and he'll even do that
call the male quail does. He's just my favorite of them all. Also I've had
him since he was just an egg. I don't wanna loose him.
His personality is that he's sweet, yet mean if one of the dogs tries to
chase him. His favorite activity is that he loves to sing and fly from the
top of the barn to the ground. He is more of the affectionate type, he loves
to eat berries and sunflower seeds. He is the only white quail (Pharaoh
coturnix quail) with stripes by his eyes and he has the smallest dot on his
head. The others are tri-colored. He's the quiet type as well unless I tell him to sing!
