Snowpea
is a rescued ferret - the poor girl was found in a empty apartment.
She was abandoned, and left to die. Thankfully someone discovered her, and I
adopted her when she was three. She is now seven, as I said, and has adrenal
disease, which is fairly common in older ferrets, and has insulinoma as well.
Her favorite toy would be a crocheted egg. She like to hide the eggs, I will
take them out and she will pick them up and hide them around the house. Her
favorite dig box is one full of packing peanuts - this a ferret fun thing to
do, dig and tunnel and play in a box full of something! Now she is too old to
play much, and just eats sleeps and enjoys her nbones, which are chicken
flavored ferret treats! I love her just as she is!
