Capri, the Pet of the Day
Name: Capri
Age: Four months old
Gender: Female
Kind: Bearded Dragon
Home: Perkasie, Pennsylvania, USA

Capri is my Bearded Dragon (Hypo Citrus). Capri is such a sweetheart! She is always curious and watches everything you do! She loved to be petted and enjoys cuddling too! I had been searching for a super bright citrus beardie for months before finding her being offered by a well known breeder in North Carolina, and she was more than worth the wait!

She doesn't really know tricks or play games in the traditional sense. Unless the game is "chase the bug and eat it" LoL! She seems to enjoy interaction and shows interest in the people around her, when you talk to her she will tilt her head and look up at you curiously! Bearded dragons do tend to form a bond with their owners, it's not the same as a cat or a dog, but in their own unique way, they do seem to love you! I used to have a pair of beardies years ago, but haven't had one in about two years until now!

Her diet is omnivorous, she enjoys insects such as crickets, superworms, horned worms, and cockroaches. In addition to that, she eats a variety of vegetation, with the main choices being Collard Greens, Dandelion Greens, Turnip Greens, Yellow Squash, Hibiscus leaves and flower petals, and spring mix. She also is offered Juvenile Bearded Dragon Pellets to ensure she isn't missing out on any vitamins!
