This
is my little Ilia. She is literally the runt from the pet store! They
had to house her separately in the back of the shop for a while because the
other ferrets were gobbling up the food on her and not letting her have
any. She was the only one in the cage at the pet store when we visited and
our hearts melted for her.
Ilia is a special panda coat ferret with a little white tip at the end of
her tail and a pretty blaze. She is tiny for a three month old since she is the
runt of the litter, and can be held in the palm of your hand.
She sometimes has very active dreams and when she is awake she does full
bouncing laps around the living room. Ilia is very energetic for a runt and
participates fully in ferret tumbles with her new siblings.
She is super tiny and still skin and bones, but we are working on getting
her well fed and fattened up! We love her very much! Strangely our two
oldest, Link and Zant, didn't like treats, but we are hoping she will!
