This
is my bearded dragon Moab. She is about four years old. On warm days I
often take Moab on walks around my backyard. She loves playing in our garden!
She crawls under the tomatoes and carrots to hunt for grasshoppers and
beetles. Moab also loves peaches. She will eat a whole one by herself!
Another activity Moab enjoys is swimming. When I give her a bath she will
walk to the deep end to swim around. She is quite spastic when she swims, but
she always comes out squeaky clean! Afterwards, I take her outside to bask on
our back deck. Then since I'm already spoiling her, I'll give her raspberries
or peaches and she'll get really, really messy. Then I have to bathe her all over again!
Mo doesn't dance, but she loves listening to Zac Brown and John Powell. She
sits next to the speakers or my iPod to listen.
Sadly, when Mo was about a year old, she was given back to the pet store
because her previous owner no longer wanted her. She had been neglected, but
had made a full recovery. That's where I found her, and I bought her right on
the spot. She has the prettiest orange highlights I've ever seen, and a
really great personality. I am so lucky to have her!
