Asterix
is a cute, clever and cheeky chinchilla. He's nine months old and he
is a sapphire-white-violet chinchilla, that is what his coloring is called,
to differentiate him from a standard grey or the other color varieties. He
loves to play with his chinchilla friends Glim and Aunel. His favorite foods
are goji berries, nuts and apples. Unfortunately, Asterix is smaller and
weaker than my other chinchillas. Nevertheless, he is a cheerful and friendly
Chin. Sometimes he comes with me to the laptop and sits on me while I write.
I call this picture Asterix der Nussknacker (Asterix the Nutcracker). He is a
very sweet little guy, and I am glad he is mine!
