He's
Junior, but we call him Juni. We bought him when he was only two weeks
old. Now we have already had him for seven years ... I can't believe it has
been so long! He's a domesticated little parrot, he stays on my shoulder and
he eats with us. I don't have brothers or sisters, and he's like a little
brother to me, so it's that reason I think he's special.
When he was little, he slept all the day. Now he's a hurricane! He's lively,
(sometimes too lively!), he really loves sugar and other sweet foods, in
particular watermelon and ice cream. He thinks my mom is his mom, so with her
he's really obedient and quiet. With me, instead, he loves to play with
lanyards, clips and he likes to bite paper and everything he can reach!
He's so curious! Indeed, when he sees someone who he doesn't know, he wants
immediately to go on that person's shoulder and give small affectionate
pecks, just to know the person! My friends are scared of him, they fear that
he could bite them. But they're wrong, Junior has never bitten anyone
seriously! He's too easy-going to do this!
