Jasper
is the younger of my two ferrets. My other ferret is his father,
Frisky. Jasper is special because he was born at my current residence. The
litter was unexpected, because I thought they wouldn't breed until next
spring. His mother accidentally bit off half of his tail shortly after he
was born, and he was the only boy in the litter. His mother and sisters
immediately found new homes when they were old enough. Frisky and Jasper
were both neutered to ensure peace between father and son, because intact
ferrets can be aggressive toward one another even if they are sweet with people.
Jasper loves play wrestling with Frisky and running through detached dryer
tubes. Frisky teaches Jasper manners whenever he is overly mischievous. He
also enjoys running around with his toys and hiding them all over the house!
Jasper has very soft fur and loves chest scratches and belly rubs. He'll
sometimes make a cooing or murring sound when petted. We all love him very much!
