I first went to see Oscar one day when I was applying for a job. He
definitely wasn't the horse I thought wanted. I told myself I wanted a
horse that was colorful and young. I had my eyes set on a really nice
Arabian but I never got a chance to try her because she was too feisty for
me to ride. So then I started having lessons on Oscar. He was good but
very lazy but I got a crop and now all I have to do is say what I want and
he will do it so long as he knows there's a crop in my hand! I don't even
have to use it, in his mind once he sees that, he knows I am in charge,
it's funny! Maybe someone who rode him before taught him that. He's no
special breed like that Arabian was, and he's not the most colorful, but
now I think he is handsome just the way he is, and he's just a great horse.
So now I'm very happy that I didn't get the Arabian and now my whole
family can enjoy him, he's come along way and it shows now he's the best
boy and I'm very lucky to have to my special boy, Oscar.
