Hello,
I would like to introduce my goat Taffy! We were wether searching
for FFA (Future Farmers of America) when this little girl poked her head
out of the baby pen and started chewing on my pants. I went in to visit
with this lively little goat and found that I loved that pretty face and
had to have her. The owner sold us to her at a discount because we showed
such interest.
A month and a half later we brought her home with a wether (Macho), and we
joked that they were boyfriend and girlfriend because of their strong
friendship. She grew up in a dog kennel with Macho until about six months of
age, then she moved in with the other girls. I could tell she was so much
happier there because they had about 2 acres of pasture to play and graze
in. She was immediately accepted into the herd, and the older girls
treated her like a queen. She is jumping and playing all day long. Taffy
is a sweet and spoiled little girl and a little beauty queen :) too. We
all love her!
