My
name is Precious and I am a one year old Umbrella Cockatoo. I live on
Long Island, New York and my sister Is an African Grey Parrot. My greatest
joys in life are to snuggle and chew, chew, chew. If I can grab it with my
beak, I just assume it is a bird toy to be taken apart as quickly and with
as much gusto as I can. Boy did I get scolded when mom left her favorite
brush near my cage... I didn't know, honest! But it sure was fun!
I also love to show off my feathers, see how looong I can stretch my
neck! Pretty amazing, huh? I also love to swing from my jungle gym by one
toe. It makes my people laugh every time, though my sister never seems
impressed. Go figure! Life is good here!
