This
is our ferret, Finnegan, showing no fear when it comes to our
chocolate lab, Ticha. The two have become great playmates.
Finnegan is our new four-month-old ferret, and he is a Silver Mitt ferret. We
chose him because of his coloring and what appeared to be a shy
temperament. However, he has since proven to be quite a character and is
already a master thief at a young age. He recently stole a small ferret
statue off the book shelf, along with a few books on tape. Today, I was
unable to find the mouse for my computer. He is very playful and loves
human interaction. He immediately wanted the attention of our Labrador the
moment they met, and desperately tries to get her to chase him by running
around her feet and jumping on her. Luckily for him, given their size
difference, she is remarkably tolerant of him!
