is Flapjack on the left and Boomer on the right. Flapjack is
currently 2 1/2. Boomer's age is not known exactly, because he was adopted
from the SPCA, but we suspect he is approximately the same age.
Both of our rabbits are "mutts" (shh, don't tell them). When we bought
Flapjack, we were told he was a purebred Netherlands Dwarf, but he's since
turned out to be the wrong size, wrong shape, and has the wrong ears. We
think Boomer probably has some English Spotted mixed in because of his
Flapjack is true lil' stinker. He's mischievous and seems to know when
he's being watched, because of course he won't get into trouble if you're
watching him. He's a big goofball; he doesn't like carrots, but loves
banana - it's his favorite treat! He loves to do his silly rabbit
happy-dance (called "binkying" in rabbit circles).
Boomer is a beautiful, slightly high-strung bunny. He has a coat that is
amazingly soft and silky to the touch. When he's calm, he loves to lie beside
you and have his nose and ears rubbed and petted. If he doesn't think he's
getting enough attention, he'll force his head under your hand, just like a
Flapjack and Boomer have become very good friends, and we love them very much.
