Lulu
is our green wing macaw. She has so much life and character. No
matter how exhausted I am when I come home at the end of the day, she
perks me up with all her love and enthusiasm.
Lulu is a very loving spirited animal. She loves to kiss and have constant
cuddles and tickles. She is also tremendously energetic and playful. She
loves to flip over onto her back and chew on my fingers. She also loves
motion and adores being swung around upside down. She has a tight rope
built for her across our ceiling where she parades and performs. The tight
rope is at a slight angle, so she walks to the highest point then slides
down the angle holding on only by her beak. She also loves to hang upside
down from the tightrope where she spreads her wings to show me how
beautiful she is. Her absolute favorite foods to eat are cashew nuts and
grapes. She really makes me smile and laugh which is always so welcome at
the end of a hard day in the city.
