Hi,
these are Ernie (on the left) and Bert (on the right) - they are similar
in color, but Bert is smaller than Ernie so it is easy to tell them apart.
They are both one year old and they are gerbils. Gerbils live in groups in the
wild, so it is good to have two, so they can be happy. Though they are native
to the desert, they live in Bersenbrück in Germany with me.
My gerbils are very soft so you can cuddle with them. And although they look
similar, their personalities are different - Ernie is fearless and Bert is shy.
They are so sweet! I love them.
