Hi,
my name is Michael and this is my bird, Matty. He is three years old, and
he is an Alexandrine Parakeet. His species of birds are native to India, but
he seems to like it fine here, too.
Matty is a big part of our family here in Brisbane, where
we have many pets which all get treated the same. They are, as I said, all
members of the family, just as the human being are. Matty, as the biggest
bird, likes to snuggle under the sheets with us. He is such a friendly bird,
and a handsome one as well as a good friend, and he is very special to us.
