Hi,
my name is Shannon and these are my horses Cleo (on the left), and
Ebony (on the right). Cleo is a seven-year-old purebred Clydesdale and Ebony
is her eleven month old baby, she is a Clydesdale and Hackney mix. My dad and
I rescued them from a farm in Canada. They were in bad condition. My dad
and I spent weeks cleaning the mats from their fur to make them beautiful
animals again and are still working on them. As soon as we got them home
we worked on them day and night and we now have Cleo as a riding horse and
soon hope to get Ebony behaving as good as her mother. Cleo and Ebony have
been trying so hard to put up with the work we have been doing with
them. They will soon meet our other horse Delight, a five year old
thoroughbred at a farm we have in Port Bay New York. Ebony and Cleo are
now a part of our family and we love them very much and hope they love us, too!
