My
rabbit Paprika has been in my family since she was born, she brings a
warmth to my heart every day, and has since she was a baby. When she was about
five months old she fell down her ramp in the hutch and broke her right hind
leg. We took her to a vet as soon as we could, but it was three days later
when their office was open. As we came to find out, rabbits' bones heal very
fast so they would have to break it again and reset it if we wanted it to look
normal. So rather than causing her more pain, we just let it finish healing as
it was, though it kind of healed outward. Even with all of that she is still a
healthy, happy rabbit.
Paprika is the best thing that every came into my life and i would never give
her up to anybody. Her leg may look strange, but it doesn't seem to bother her
one bit, and it is just another reason she is special. She likes being outside
and hopping around the yard, nibbling on the grass when it isn't too hot out.
We love her just the way she is, she's our own little spice bunny!
