This
is my cockatiel, her name is Calopsita, which is the Portuguese word for
cockatiel. She is very pretty, and she is six months old, and already her full
size. She is a very pretty bird, and likes to groom her friend, as you see in
the picture. She is also a very good singer, and whistles for me all the time.
It is very cheerful to hear her singing "fiu fiu!" She like to come out of the
cage and perches on my finger so I will carry her out, and she never bites me,
but sometimes she will grip my thumb with her beak, it is not to hurt me. She
likes climbing in her cage, and being on the balcony sometimes where she sings
for the whole neighborhood to hear. I love my Calopsita!
