My
cute little rat's name is Button. She's five months old now, and is living in
Christchurch, New Zealand. I think she's special because when I bought her she
was really shy and skittery but now she loves people and she is confident with
other animals including cats and dogs! She's such a sweet little girl, and has
really come out of her shell, and doesn't let anything bother her. Even the
cat, which is of course a natural predator, knows she is a pet and not prey,
so Button isn't afraid. And the dogs are many, many times her size, but she
doesn;t get scared, just curious as to who and what they are. She is friendly,
and is fastidious about keeping her pretty white fur very clean, so she always
looks her best! I love my little Button!
