Maizy
had come to us with another hedgehog Skittles as a rescue. I used
to volunteer at a local animal shelter when they called me about a
couple hedgehogs they got in. I came and picked them up to give them a new
home. Maizy was a pretty sweet hedgehog and loved mealworms as her
favorite treat. She always let me take photos of her in all sorts of
themes, she'd never fuss or try to wriggle out of the outfits and because
of her pictures became popular all around with everyone we knew. We lost
her about a year ago to a stomach tumor and miss her very much, but will
always have picture like this to remember sweet Maizy!
