This
is a picture of our handsome Boomer. He is Amazon Red Head parrot and his
birthday is April 1st. So he is an April Fool Bird! Boomer lives with our
family here in Union Springs, New York, on the shores of Cayuga Lake in
upstate New York, he's not a city bird.
Boomer is very sweet and loving bird. Boomer likes to have his head rubbed -
it's one of his favorite things. Boomer can talk, can say his own name, plus
say "where the corn?", that's one of his favorite foods. He is playful, and
likes to take apart toys with his strong beak. He also can say "Boomer is a
good boy" and we agree. We love him very much.
