Oasis
and his brother Shadow are two cute and cool little critters that will
always put a smile on your face. Oasis is a sweet and calm little angel who is
always ready to cuddle and Shadow is a hyper active speed demon that will make
you laugh with his foolish ways. They have very different personalities but love
each other nonetheless. They are a loving addition to our family and we are
lucky to have them.
Oasis got his name because he is the perfect color of desert sand, and of course
that is where gerbils originated. So we felt his sweet nature would be like an
oasis in the desert! Although his color must be like that of the wild gerbils
who need such good camouflage, he is sweet and as tame as can be. We are
fascinated that such a small creature as he can already have such a distinct
personality, and the differences between these brothers keep us laughing all the
time!
