Buddy
is a sweet and mellow little guy. I actually didn't pick him out, my Mom
did. She fell in love with him at the pet store and she couldn't say no. She
certainly made a good choice ina hamster. At first he was nervous and jumpy
but he quickly realized that people weren't so bad. Now every night he begs
for treats or some sort of food, and if I don't give him one then he chews on
his bars all night until I do. He loves his food and his nest has to be full
of the softest bedding he can find or else he would rather sleep in the corner
of his cage.
Buddy is the lucky owner of a setup of three habitrail cages in addition to
his many tubes to climb through. He knows that he is spoiled and he
appreciates it. Buddy is gentle and sweet and would never bite anybody. I can
let him explore on my desk while I do my homework and I know that he won't
chew anything up, try to escape or even steal treats from the container. I am
very glad that Buddy is in my life, he may be a bit demanding, but he is still
a big cuddly sweetheart.
