Benny, the Pet of the Day
Name: Benny
Age: Four years old
Gender: Male
Kind: Holland lop rabbit
Home: Connecticut, USA

Benny is a loveable, plump Holland Lop rabbit. He's four years old and is a pure-bred with the unused show name of "Toasted Almond." Currently residing in Connecticut, Benny enjoys a good hop around the house - complete with sliding with his big feet on wooden floors. He also enjoys a good carrot, for which he may emerge from underneath a bed if he is so inclined, as well as chewing holes in walls. We say scientists think he may be the first rabbit to dig a hole to China - and he enjoys eating toilet paper rolls by the dozen.

Though he is currently neutered, Benny enjoys spending his time with the ladies, including his two human sisters and his beloved mother, who feeds His Royal Chubbiness. He is also very close to his father, who gives him pets and whom he enjoys nudging with his nose. Benny's full name is Benny "O'Hare" Silver, indicating both his rabbit status and the Chicago airport. He's a great man and very friendly, as well as fun to snuggle with.
