Oreo
was given to me as a Christmas gift. He is more than just a gift,
he is a little angel. Oreo has his own baby blanket that he cuddles in
when I take him out. Sometimes he falls asleep and takes a nap with me
while I watch TV. Oreo loves his treats. Some of his favorites are raw
oatmeal, popcorn, cereal, honey sticks and dog treats. He is such a
wonderful addition to have as a new family member. Oreo keeps his big
brother hamster Peanut company when I'm not here. What is so adorable is
the way they sometimes do the same things at the same time like washing
themselves. Oreo is very smart and can sniff out a peanut that has been
buried in his home. I give him things to find when I clean and put new
bedding in for him as he loves to tunnel underneath everything including
his wheel which he knocks over. It is hilarious! I love him very much
and would like to share Oreo's story with everyone.
When I first got him I had to name him Oreo because every time I looked
at him I wanted to eat an oreo cookie! Whenever I am not feeling
well all I have to do is take him out. He has a way of making me feel
all better.
