Hi,
I'm Buddy (brown and white). Mom got me as a companion for her female
bunny, Flop. Flop's other mate passed away and she was lonely. I am two
years younger than her, but, as you can see, she loves me anyway. We are
both "fixed" so there won't be any young ones.
When Mom first brought me home and put me in the kennel, I could fit
through the chain link fence. With all of the good food and love that I
get, I have grown way too big to do that now. Life is good. Hope it is for
you, too.
This is my inquisitive bunny, Flop (because of her floppy ears). She is on
her third mate. Flop grieved so much when her prior mate Ron died. She
sat in the corner and would not eat. I put a stuffed toy in with her and
she just laid on it. Then for a while she had Roger, but he died
unexpectedly. Then I introduced Buddy to her. She is now a happy girl.
These bunnies like to snuggle and lick each other. They live inside but
have an outside kennel that they will run and hop around in. Rabbits are
not good pets for everyone, but they are special to me.
Hi, I'm Flop (mostly white) and this is my third mate, Buddy. Mom bought
me three years ago. I lived by myself until mom got a bunny from the
neighbors. He was my first love. We were "fixed" so we wouldn't have a
bunch of kids. One day Ronnie passed away, and Mom and I were so sad. Mom
got me another boyfriend, Roger. Last year, he also got sick. We just
don't know why. We lived in the same cage, with the same loving care.
Mom knows I don't like to be alone, so she got me Buddy. He is two years
younger than me, but as you can see, we love each other. We are in a 10' x
10' kennel in this picture, mom lets us out to run and play, but we prefer
to be side by side. We stay in the house most of the time. Buddy has
taught me to use the litter box. He is very neat for a boy. I hope we will
have a long happy life together.
