This
is Dusty, our latest 4H project. His mom rolled off of the side of a
cliff so we brought Dusty back and have been raising him ever since. Dusty is
really easy to handle and really enjoys people. I enjoy going out and playing
with him.
Dusty is more of an independent type of steer. He loves to play with his ball
and water bucket. Dusty is loving, but not always, for example, he hates it
when you rub his ears. Dusty can fetch things and he is very good at jumping
over things that are in his way. He likes it when you come out and just stand
there in his pen so he can rub on you and sometimes he will try to eat your
hair. We keep it back so he can't reach it though. Dusty is like a big dog,
only he's a little silly sometimes.
